The staff seemed overwhelmed. i saw people checking guests in then also working in the restaurant. the restaurant experience that evening, it wasnt good at all. we waited over an hour for pizzas and chicken kebabs. The quality of the food was poor. also, the rooms were not soundproofed well so i could hear everything from the family next door, especially slamming doors.

The room was spacious. the bed was super comfy. i found everything very clean. breakfast had a nice variety. It was a great value all you can eat deal. the location was very convenient to the red funnel ferry terminal, only a short drive away. the free parking was plentiful, a big plus for me.

I was happy with the plentiful parking available. It made arrival and departure stress-free. the staff were helpful, especially with directions. breakfast was a highlight because there was a great choice, and everything was fresh.

the room only had one chair. sitting on the bed was my only option.

the room felt too warm. a small fan was provided, it did little to alleviate the heat. i only found two plug sockets in the room. this was problematic as i needed to charge my phone and my son's tablet. i had to resort to charging them in the car.
